S. Bureau

of Reclamation.

Information concerning ownerships of the various parcels affected by the

proposed taking, legal description of these parcels and other pertinent

information has been obtained from public records and is presumed to be

correct.

Acreages in the individual ownerships have been obtained from public

records and presumed to be correct.

Valuation of property to be acquired and damages to remainder have been

based on the assumption that the point of diversion of affected canals

would be changed without loss of priority and that, whenever necessary,

these canals will be realigned to serve the remaining areas.
