Remove the Novell servers from the Bank of America and USGS building <br />3494 networks. This will eliminate two, more or less, redundant servers from the <br />3495 GCMRC computing environment reducing cost and administration. <br />3496 <br />3497 . Combine the two networks into one. This will drastically reduce maintenance and <br />3498 further standardize the environment. This is likely only to occur once the two <br />3499 offices are combined. <br />3500 <br />3501 . Standardize all software applications and serve from an NT server, This will help <br />3502 reduce computer lldmini~tration. <br />3503 <br />3504 . Develop a standard configuration for all workstations. This will help reduce <br />3505 administration and allow user to maintain their personalized computing environment <br />3506 across workstations. <br />3507 <br />3508 .
