Short term use of radial gate for rainfall <br />events may mitigate concern about quick <br />removal of stoplog8. <br />. Need to perform costlbenefit analysis to <br />determine feS8ibmty. <br />- The dam does not have a full time operator <br />to close gates or place or remove spillway <br />stoplogs. <br />- Over the years, stoplogs or a radial gate <br />could be subject to gradual misuse (j.e to inc. <br />irri ation su 1). <br />
