ASan Luis Valley native, Salazar has three.mem-
bers of his legal staff- Steve Sims, Jenriifer Gimbel. .
and Ted Kowalski -preparing the. state's case against
a long-expected Stockman's water expon application.
Salazar released copies of
an "early warning" letter he
sent Tuesday to Roben Kras.
