The alternatives involve the Utah Division of Water <br />Resources proposal (1) to construct the White River Dam, reservoir, and hydro" <br />electric power plant; also, (2) No Action; (3) pumping from the White River <br />and augmenting from Hell's Hole Canyon Dam; (4) pumping from Green River; (5) <br />pumping from White River and supplementing with water pumped from the Green <br />River, This Final EIS may result in amendments to the Bonanza and Rainbow <br />Management Framework Plans. <br />The major envi ronmental topics di scussed are related to mi neral s. geo. <br />logy, paleontology, soils, water, vegetation, wildlife, threatened and endan" <br />gered plant and animal species, recreation, cultural resources, land use, and <br />socioeconomics, <br /> <br />For further i nformat i on regardi ng thi s EIS or proposed a 1 ternat i ve ac" <br />tions contact: <br /> <br />Mr, Dee R.
