Limi ts of L[!nd and Ha tcr Use

In order that the Trinidad Darn and Reservoir Project may provide
an optimum beneficial use of "later for irrigation "lithin the
District, the fol1mling limitations on lend and water use shall
apply:

1. The acreage irrigated by the District water supply
shell be limited to the 19,717 acres classified as
1, 2 and 3 irrigable land lying within the District
boundaries. These 19,717 acres of the District irri-
gable area shall be composed as nearly as practicable'
of the fo11oHing acreages under individual ditches:
