Total System
active storage at the end of September was 55.847 million acre-feet (maf) or 94 percent of capacity,
which is 0.664 maf more than one year ago.

October releases from Hoover, Davis, and Parker Dams averaged 11,010, 12,300 and
11,030 cubic feet per second (cfs), respectively, Planned releases from those three dams for the
month of November are 12,200, 15,210 and 11,020 cfs, respectively, The November releases
represent those needed to meet downstream water requirements plus those for flood control space
building,

The actual April through July 1998 unregulated inflow into Lake Powell was 8.625 rnaf,
which is 112 percent of the 30-year average for the period 1961-1990.
