At the Bureau of Reclama- <br />tion's Engineering and Research Center <br />In Den'Jer. techniCians are studying <br />ways 10 raise the lallwater temperature <br />by modifYing the outlet works to take <br />water from a higher elevation In the <br />reserVOir, which will provide warmer <br />water downstream. <br /> <br />An extenSive flsh.stocking program is <br />being carried on cooperatively with the <br />Fish and Wildlife Service and several <br />State I(sh and game departments to <br />meet the stream and reservoir manage. <br />ment needs Within the Upper Colorado <br />River Basin.
