Increases the ratio of managers/supervisory to employees to 15 to I, which represents an increase <br />in the existing ratio of9. 7: l. <br />. Eliminates duplicate functions between the Salt Lake City Area Office and the Montrose Office. <br />. No significant loss of experienced staff is anticipated. However, if some staff in Salt Lake City is <br />lost recruitment of experienced people to the Montrose area will not be a problem. Recruitment <br />experience in Montrose has shown that the Western Colorado area attracts many highly qualified <br />job seekers willing to accept the salaries offered. <br />. All VCR functions are located in the same office with the exception of the 6 person customer <br />service staff. All VCR business will now be conducted at a single location with all functional units <br />reponing directly to the General Manager. <br /> <br />Additional Benefits <br />.
