In a sense, this Act, to the <br /> <br />iextent ~.of those provisions which are applicable to the <br />, <br />i <br />Icolorado River Basin, becomes an addition to the Law of the River. <br /> <br />I The Colorado River Basin States recently established the <br />I <br />IColorado River Salinity Control Forum to cooperate ,-lith the <br />I <br />IEnvironmental Protection Agency.
