The laboratory performing the water quulity an3lysis must have <br />successfully procpssed EPA Performance Check Samples and must <br />utilize qunlity control samples on a quarterly basis. <br />Note: The Burc3u of Reclamntion 13bor3tory at the E&R Center <br />is performing these tests and is acceptable to EPA. <br /> <br />3. Dual outlet works shall be'included in the construction of Ridgway <br />Dam. Upon reservoir filling, information from water quality <br />monitoring shall be used to aid in preparation .of an Operational <br />Plan. The Bureau of Reclamation shall consult with EP~ in the <br />development of this Operational Plan designed to minimize adverse <br />water quality arfects and shall assure that the project managing <br />agency implements these procedures. . <br /> <br />Note: This is included in the Bureau's plans. <br /> <br />4. . Contracting parties shall execute a ',ater exchange agreement for <br />the municipal water supplies delivered by this project.
