<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />105 k <br /> <br />for municipal and other purposes within the Southeastern District; as well as the estimated <br />costs of the Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement and related water storage development projects. <br />Southeastern is negotiating agreements with various municipal water providers within the <br />District for those entities' participation in the initial implementation and development <br />costs of the Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement and related water storage development projects. <br />Southeastern also has conducted extensive discussions with representatives of the United <br />States, with the aim of obtaining the United States' authorization for construction and <br />.operation of the Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement as provided in this application, <br /> <br />L. No Injury: <br /> <br />No injury to senior vested water rights wilI occur by the exercise of the clai.ned water <br />storage enlargement rights. This application will not adversely affect the yield of the Fry- <br />Ark Project or the Winter Water Storage Program. All downstream water rights will <br />remain satisfied in priority; and the water right will be operated and administered in <br />compliance with the Arkansas River Compact. <br /> <br />M, Impact on Transmountain Diversions: <br /> <br />Southeastern's use of the Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement water right will not cause any <br />increase of trans mountain diversions beyond existing decree limitations. No Fry-Ark <br />Project water originating from the Colorado River Basin will be stored in the Pueblo <br />Reservoir Enlargement storage space; however, return flows from use of Fry-Ark water <br />may be stored in such space as provided above. <br /> <br />N. Owner of Land and Facilities: <br /> <br />Pueblo Reservoir and the surrounding land are owned by the U.S, Department ofInterior, <br />Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office, 11056 West County Rd. 18-E, <br />Loveland, Colorado 80537-9711. Southeastern holds the water rights and decrees for <br />Pueblo Reservoir, pursuant to contract with the United States. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
