(a) That Kansas is entitled to receive 44.1% of the amount of
all diversions b.r Colorado ditches below Caddo a !~servoir, or in the
proportione of 5~,OOO and 117,900 acre feet.

(b) That Kensas is slso entitled to one-half of the additional
diversions b.r ditches above Caddoa under priorities junior to Feb. 21,
1887 (Amity's 1st priority), which were not required to satisfy senior
priorities below Caddoa, and which if not diverted would have accumu-
lated in Caddoa reservoir as Surplus water, one-half of which would
have belonged to Kansas.

(c) That Kansas shall be charged ..ith all deliveries at the
state line which are in excess of 44.1% of all diversions tr.r Colorade
ditehes below Caddoa.

(d) That losses in Caddo a Reservoir be shared equally tr.r the
two states.
