This is the <br />middle reach of three potential recovery instream flow reaches on <br />the Lower Yampa River and will be referred to as Yampa Reach 2_ <br />The length of the segment is approximately 82 miles and can be <br />located on the Round Bottom, Horse Gulch, Juniper Hot Springs, <br />Juniper Mountain, Maybell, Sunbeam, Peck Mesa, Cross Mountain, and <br />Twelve Mile Mesa D.S_G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />4 _ a. <br />1995. <br /> <br />Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />14, <br /> <br />b.
