The lands on Salt

Creek have been supplied from that stream and will continue to be so

served.

The area to be served would therefore be that p&rt of Flor-

ida Mesa and Florida River valley below the gaging station not sup-

plied from senior rights. The water Co~~issioner's records of diver-

sion for the years 1928 to 1937, inclusive, indicate that the lands

below the gaging station holding the senior 40 second-feet of water
right decrees probably receive sufficient water, excopt in such years

as 1931 and 1934, and art unlikely .to enter the project. The area

which can be adequCltely served therewith is believed to be limited to

13
