The district would have two sources of revenue: (a) <br /> <br />from an ad valorem tax, and (b) from water charges. In addition, <br /> <br />the unit would be credited with an estimated $10,000 annually from <br /> <br />service charges received from the Fort Morgan Canal and Jackson Lake <br /> <br />interests. Total net revenues would enable amortization of the <br /> <br />irrigation allocation of $26,ldt,500 within 50 years without <br /> <br />interest. <br /> <br />11 <br />
