S. Fish and Wildlife <br />Service and the Colorado Division of Wildlife, and a <br />proportionate share of evaporation from large multi- <br />purpose reservoirs of the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation. <br /> <br /> <br />The 1975 Agriculture and Livestock use is the average <br />of 1971 through 1975 agriculture depletions as <br />reported by the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation in the <br />publication entitled "Colorado River System Consumtive <br />Uses and Losses 1971-1975.11 These figures are: 1971- <br />1236.9, 1972 - 1236.8, 1973 - 1043.8, 1974 - 1304.3, <br />1975 - 1166.1; average of these five years is 1197.6. <br /> <br />Water use by thermal electric plants and oil shale <br />include use by plant workers and municipal users <br />resulting from the increase in population as a result <br />of the thermal plants, coal mining, and oil shale <br />development. Oil shale development was assumed to be II <br />primarily by in-situ methods. .
