<br />-j <br /> <br />priority rights now decreed to ditches of Colorado Water District 67 <br />shall not hereafter be transferred to other water districts in Colorado <br />or to points of diversion or places of use upstream from John Martin <br />Dam; . . without the administration, ... making findings offact that no <br />such depletion or adverse effect will result from the proposed transfer <br />... notice of legal proceedings for any such proposed transfer ... shall <br />be given to the administration in the manner and within the time <br />provided by the laws of Colorado or Kansas in such cases. <br />This amended application is the first occasion on which notice of such <br />legal proceedings has been mailed to the Administration. The <br />Administration will now proceed to discharge its responsibilities under <br />Article V H of the Compact and will advise the Court of the results of its <br />deliberations.
