The Agreement will expire Nov. I. 1984 <br />2. Kansas and Colorado will cooperate in all release rates to secure <br />the most efficient delivery of water to the Stateline and to Kansas <br />water users. <br />3. Credit tor delivery to Kansas will stop at the Stateline 7 days after the <br />end of the run at John Martin Reservoir. No credit for o\'er-delivery <br />will be carried forward to any subsequent run. <br />3a. In the e\'ent Kansas calls for a second fun before the first run's 7 <br />days have elapsed, then there will be a meeting between the <br />Kansas Water Commissioner and the Colorado Division Engineer <br />to establi:sh the delivery. <br />4. When delivery of water to the Stateline exceeds the demand of 400 to <br />600 c.Ls., delivery will be cOlllputed at not to exceed 105% of daily <br />average flow. <br />5. 35% of all "other water" wiU be transferred into Kansas transit loss <br />account.
