We have received all the deliverables specified in our subcontract except <br />negatives of the aerial photos; I am working with ITS to obtain those, but wished to get the <br />charges into this invoice to expedite paying them, There are also a few charges to Task 3 <br />related to reviewing original construction records for Elkhead. <br /> <br />Charges to Task 4 reflect subcontractor fees related to the dam and reservoir <br />investigations. Doug has informed me that they will have a draft of the geotechnical report <br />ready for review in a week or so. He has completed his sediment yield projections and also <br />had some additional surveying work done. <br /> <br />Charges to Task 6 reflect a relatively low level of effort in the area of operations <br />modeling. We have be~n somewhat held up pending resolution of policy questions relating to <br />Stagecoach Reservoir. I traveled to Steamboat Springs on the 27th to meet with John Fetcher <br />and others about these issues. I anticipate our modeling effort will pick up speed again in <br />November. <br /> <br />I have scheduled a meeting of the project subcontractors for November 11th at 10 a.m. <br />here at Hydrosphere.
