I would propose to continue using the same general style of progress reporting as was
used in the preceding basin study. Let me know if you'd like something different.

Our work effort in May was directed almost entirely at Task 1 which comprises project
management and administration. This was expected since there are a lot of pieces to get
moving in a coordinated way at the outset of the job. I hope and expect that these management
costs will become a much smaller component of our billing as time goes on. Generally .
speaking, my billing to this Task will be largely limited to adminstrative matters such as
writing progress reports and scheduling of work.

We had a minor amount of billing against Tasks 4 and 6. Task 4 billing was primarily
related to getting the geotechnical drilling plan in place. Task 6 billing was for initial work on
scoping of operations studies. .

I've attached a task budget table and graph similar to that used in the previous study. I
don't have a cash flow projection done at this time. The last one turned out to be only slightly
more accurate than guessing. If you'd like me to take a stab at such a projection, let me know.
