Tate, Garden City, Kansas <br /> <br />3. lUeetillgs, Officers, and Standing Committees <br />of the Administration <br />(a) Six meetings of the Administration have been hcld during <br />the report period. Four of them were held at Lamar, Colorado, on <br />these dates: November 14, 1949; December 13, 1949; March 24, <br />1950, and August 4, 1950. <br />One meeting was held at Denver, Colorado, on January 31, <br />19,0; and one meeting was held at Garden City, Kansas, on Octo- <br />ber 20, 1950. Of these meetings, the ilnnual meeting was held at <br />Lamar, Colorado, on December 13, 1949; the two regular meetings <br />were hcld at Lamar, Colorado, on March 24, 1950, and August 4, <br />1950. The meeting held on August 4, 1950, had been postponed <br />from July 2" 19,0. The other meetings, hereinabove set out, were <br />all special meetings. <br />(b) The officers of the Administration remain the same as set <br />forth in the 1949 report of the Administration. They are: <br />Chairman-Hans Kramer (Brig. General U. S. A..Ret.), as <br />required by Article VIll C of the Compact. <br />Vkc-Chairman-\Villiam E. Leavitt of Garden City, Kansas. <br />Secretary-Treasurcr-Harry C. Nevius of Lamar, Colorado. <br />(c) The. Standing Committees, appointed pursuant to Article V <br />of the By-Laws, remain the same as set forth in the. last rcport of <br />thc Administration. They are: <br />(1) Administrative and Legal: <br />Clifford H. Stone of Colorado and Roland H. Tate of <br />Kansas. <br />(2) Engineering Committee: <br />George S. Knapp of Kansas and Harry C. Nevius of Colo. <br />rado. <br />(3) Operations Committee: <br />Harry B. Mendenhall of Colorado and William E. LcaviIt <br />of Kansas. <br />Hans Kramer, Representative of the United States, is ex-officio' <br />member of all Standing Committees. . <br /> <br />4.
