These services will be provided to the State at about half the actual operating costs for su.ch a statewide network! however, the State may not dis tr ibute or resell the in forma tion obtained from HIS to those outside the Department of Natural Resources. COMSAT!ERT retains sole right to sell the data from the 150-site network and any future expansions of HIS. COMSAT/ERT is now prepared to offer HIS data to private industry and to other state, city and federal agencies -- including your water user agency or association. .
