(See enclosed map) <br /> <br />COMSAT/ERT is now awaiting receipt of State funding before <br />comple ting ins talla tions and dis tr ibu tion of computer terminals to <br />HIS participants. These services will be provided to the State at <br />about half the actual operating costs for su.ch a statewide network! <br />however, the State may not dis tr ibute or resell the in forma tion <br />obtained from HIS to those outside the Department of Natural <br />Resources. COMSAT!ERT retains sole right to sell the data from the <br />150-site network and any future expansions of HIS. COMSAT/ERT is <br />now prepared to offer HIS data to private industry and to other <br />state, city and federal agencies -- including your water user <br />agency or association. . <br /> <br />HIS NOW AVAILABLE 'IO WATER USER AGENCIES <br /> <br />HIS is being offered to water user agencies and associations <br />before other users because you stand to profit significantly from <br />the system.
