As such, I do <br /> <br />not use "irrigation district" in a technical sense. <br /> <br />Q: When you refer to "conservation", what do you mean? <br /> <br />A: I mean reducing the amount of water that is applied to the land by irrigation districts and <br /> <br />their customers without reducing district net income.
