Table 12 and Exhibit 10 sh:>w the proposed operation <br />for 'IWin I.akes/Mt. E1J:ert Forebay for water year 1982. <br /> <br />G. Pueblo Reservoir <br /> <br />Water released fran storage in Turqu::>ise Ulke and Twin Ulkes during the <br />fall and winter IlDnths that is not for demands above Pueblo Reservoir <br />will J:e stored in Pueblo Reservoir. Water in storage (project, winter <br />water, or water stored under contract with other entities) will J:e <br />released on demand of the contractor and arlministered in the Arkansas <br />River by the Colorado Division of Water Resources, Division Engineer. <br /> <br />The water users J:elow Pueblo Dam have reached an agreerrent for a Winter <br />Water Storage Program beginning NoITE!t1ber 15, 1981. Under this agreement <br />the total systan production up to 100, 000 acre-feet will J:e divided 30 <br />percent to entities with direct flow water rights and 70 percent to <br />entities having storage water rights and their own storage facilities. <br />The next 2,750 acre-feet will go to Amity Mutual Irrigation canpany with <br />the next 2,250 acre-feet for the Colorado Canal Canpany. When storage <br />of 95,000 acre-feet of water has been a=rrplished, a rreeting of the <br />board of directors will J:e held to set the distribution of water in <br />excess of the 105,000 acre-feet and to decide if the program sh:>uld <br />extend beyond 112 days. <br /> <br />Beginning in water year 1982 all winter water storage shall be considered <br />project water if rot furn.ished to the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy <br />District within 18 IlDnths fran the start of the winter storage periOd, <br />but no later than May 1 of the year following the end of the winter <br />storage period in which it was stored. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Table 13 and Exhibit 11 sh:>w the proposed operation of Pueblo Reservoir <br />in water year 1982. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />22 <br />
