<br />telephone service at the Pueblo Dam and Reservoir. Maintenance
<br />of the telephone lines and equipment is the responsibility of
<br />the leasing company. The Corps of Engineers. Southwestern Divi-

<br />5-05. Communication with Pueblo Dam and Reservoir.

<br />a. ReRulating Offices with [lam Superintendent. In
<br />normal operations, instructions for the storage anu release of
<br />water from the reservoir will be issued by the Project ~wnagcr
<br />to the Dam Superintendent for implementation. The Dam Super-
<br />intendent's reports described in Exhibit "F" of this manual
<br />will be transmitted to the Project Manager, who will forward
<br />the reports, as required, to the appropriate agencies. During
<br />flood control operations, instruction for the storage and
<br />release of flood water will be issued by the Flood Plain Hanagement
<br />and Hydraulics Branch, Albuquerque District, to the Project Manager
<br />and, in turn, passed on to the Dam Superintendent. In the event
<br />that communication with the Pueblo Dam and Reservoir is disrupted,
<br />the Dam Superintendent will direct regulstion of the reservoir
<br />in accordance with the emergency rules and regulations in Chapter

<br />5-06. Project Reporting Instructions. The Dam Superintendent
<br />or the Project Manager shall transmit the morning report by
<br />telephone to the Flood Plain Management and Hydraulics Branch,
<br />'Albuquerque District, each workday between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.
<br />during flood periods and at other times upon request (see para-
<br />graph 9-04"a" for information required in morning report).
<br />Also, immedistelY after the end of each month, a summary of
<br />the month's operations will be sent (see paragraph 9-04"b" for
<br />information required for end-of-month summary).
