Maintenance <br />of the telephone lines and equipment is the responsibility of <br />the leasing company. The Corps of Engineers. In <br />normal operations, instructions for the storage anu release of <br />water from the reservoir will be issued by the Project ~wnagcr <br />to the Dam Superintendent for implementation.
