ance with Article V-F of the Compact for the purpose of declaring
the reservoir to become empty. It was declared~the reservoir
would become empty~~pril 19, 1971.

t'Ir. C. J. Kuiper, Colorado State Engineer, and Hr. ~udy Styduhar,
Division Engineer, were notified of the action and~~dministration
of decreed water rights for Colorado would commence on April 19
unless a change of conditions justified cancellation or modifica-
tion of this notice.
