<br />SAN JUAN-CHAMA <br />WATER ACCOUNTING <br />ALBUQUERQUE PROJECTS OFFICE <br />NOVEMBER 1993 <br /> <br />The natural inflow into Heron Reservoir during the month of November was computed <br />to be 200 acre-feet (af) as shown on Table 3. Net San Juan-Chama losses were <br />-270 af as shown on Table'2. There was no San Juan-Chama water diverted through <br />Azotea Tunnel during November. <br /> <br />There was no San Juan-Chama water released from Heron during the month of <br />November. <br /> <br />A summary sheet is provided for water delivered from Heron, El Vado, and Abiquiu <br />Reservoirs. <br /> <br />Total precipitation reported at Heron Reservoir for the month of November was <br />2.04 inches which is 131% of normal. The monthly computations for Heron <br />Reservoir are summarized in Tables 1-3. <br /> <br />Total inflow into Nambe Falls Reservoir was computed to be 212 af. Evaporation <br />loss on the reservoir was 3 af. Table 4 summarizes San Juan-Chama water at <br />Otowi. <br /> <br />Estimated sediment deposition in the San Juan-Chama pools at Cochiti, Abiquiu, <br />and Jemez Canyon Reservoirs are presented in Tables 5A-5C. <br /> <br />Storage and evaporation of Rio Grande water in El Vado and Abiquiu reservoirs are <br />shown on Table 6. <br /> <br />All data are provisional and subject to revision as final data are collected and <br />analyzed. <br />
