exclusion (fencing), grazing deferment. during critical
wildlife use periods, and habitat manipulation (such as
pothole blasting).

32.75 acres of new wetlands will be created. This includes
22.60 acres of shallow water developments in upland sites,
7.70 acres of shallow water developments in low value
palustrine emergent (type 1,2,3 or 9) wetlands and the
creation of 2.35 acres of palustrine emergent wetlands
associated with shallow water developments.

150.69 acres of existing wetlands will be eliminated. This
includes 9.40 acres of low value palustrine emergent (types
1.2,3 or 9) wetlands converted to shallow water areas. and
141.29 acres of wetlands converted to upland due to de-
watering (sprinkler replacing surface irrigation) and
replacement of open'ditches with buried pipelines.

There will be a net loss of 146.29 acres of wetlands and a
net gain of 22.60 acres. Approximately 36ac.T-2j 45ac.T-3i
1.2ac.T-5 & 1.7ac.T-6 on-farm wetlands will not be impacted.
