" <br /> <br />of current and foreseeable development pressures and app1 icab1e Guidelines <br />for Identification and Des'ignation adopted and issued by the Colorado Land Use <br />Commission, it is the order of the Board of County Commissioners that major <br />extensions or existing domestic water and sewage treatment systems be desig- <br />nated a matter of State interest and regulated pursuant to the provisions of <br />this Chapter. <br /> <br />4-202. Boundaries of Area Covered by Designation. <br /> <br />Major extensions of existing domestic water and sewage treatment <br />systems wholly or partially within the unincorporated territory of this County <br />shall be subject to this designation and regulation. <br /> <br />4-203. Reasons for Designation. <br /> <br />11ajor extensi ons of exi s ti ng domesti c water and sewage treatment <br />systems is hereby designated as a matter of State interest for the reasons <br />stated in Section 4-102 of this Chapter. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3 <br /> <br />PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND PERMITS <br /> <br />4-301. Application Procedure. <br /> <br />The procedures concerning permit applications, notice and conduct <br />of permit hearings, review of Permit Authority decisions, and the issuance and <br />content of permits to engage in major extension of existing domestic water and <br />sewage treatment systems shall comply with the provisions set forth in Article 3 <br />of the Administrative Regulations adopted by this jurisdiction. <br /> <br />4-302.
