Servic~ would be <br />provided to the La Plata Water Conservancy District in Colorado; the L~ <br />Plata Conservancy District and tne cities of Azcec, Bloomfield. and <br />Farmington in New Mexico; the Ute Nouncain Ute Indian 7ribe; the .southern <br />Ute Indian Tribe; and the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority. <br /> <br />Primary storage would be ?rovi~ed at the offstream Ridges Basin Reser- <br />voir, ~hich would receive wG~C~ ?urnpac froffi t~a ~n:~~s River ~ea~ <br />Durango, Colo., and conveyed through the Ridges Basin Inlet Conduit. <br />Seccndary storage would be provided at the offstream Southern Ute <br />Reservoir, which. would receive water diverted from the La Plata Ri';~r <br />near the Colorado-New Mexico State line and conveyed in the Southern Ute <br />Inlet Canal. <br /> <br />I!'rigatlon water would be provided for full and supplemental sP-!"vice <br />land in Col.Jrado and New ~exico.
