<br />'. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I, <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />., <br />II <br />I <br />I <br />,I, <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />M23S8 <br /> <br />Blue Mesa Powerplant contains two 43,200 kilowatt generators. <br />Water enters the powerplant through a gated intake tower located <br />on a shelf upstream of the dam. Waters are drawn from elevations <br />2,242 to 2,264 M. Except for hydrologic events which exceed the <br />powerplant capacity or emergency situations, water is released <br />through the powerplant to meet project purposes.
