It should be noted that <br />releases may be higher than the minimums listed below in order to meet downstream demands <br />and to maintain the target base flow for the endangered fish. <br /> <br />I. For the rest of October 2003, the minimum release will be 350 cubic feet per second <br />(cfs). <br /> <br />2. Beginning November 3, 2003, the minimum release will be 250 cfs.
