Carson, a principal ~n.,t~~ RESOURG~S <br />urban and regional planning firm of Llewelyn-Davies Carson Ltd. 8fU'K <br />Toronto, Canada, to evaluate the relationship between urban growth <br />and water supply. Mr. Carson has written extensively in the field of <br />urban growth policy.
