The
capitalized value of net loss in production of the sites is <~32
per acre.

II
,I

Work maps were prepared for the overflow area through the
TOI<11 of Limon upon which the location and elevation of all properties
were identified. All property locations were numbered to correspond
.to the property value tabulation.

I

A table was prepared of water surface elevations of all to,m
blocl,s appraised in the economic studies for the various respective
channel discharges presented in the above table.

I

The field appraisals were made by technicians of the Soil
Conservation Service and of the Colorado Water Conservation Board,
using the above data. Depth of flooding for various discharges
(cfs) was computed for residential, commercial, and municipal
properties through the Town of Limon.

1

I

Dollar damage for each residential piece of property was
computed from a depth-damage tabulation prepared for residential
property.
