<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />In order to hold the required discussions and to evaluate <br /> <br />and rank the firms, the CWCB staff shall proceed as follows: <br /> <br />1. Upon receipt of the PTSs, a meeting will be scheduled with <br />each firm at which the firm's PTS will be discussed at <br />length. <br /> <br />2. Following these discussions, the CWCB staff will evaluate <br /> <br />and rank the firms based upon the information provided in <br /> <br />the PTSs, the discussions with each firm, and the comments <br /> <br /> <br />of the references provided by each firm. <br /> <br />3.
