Specifies that an applicant's original water <br />right will be reduced by the amount of water saved due to the <br />modernization, improvement, or change in operation of the <br />applicant and that such an applicant will be granted a <br />conservation decree For. the amount of water saved. <br /> <br />2 Be It enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Part 3 of article 92 of title 37, Colorado- <br /> <br />4 Revised Statutes, 1990 Repl. Vol., is amended BY THE ADOITION <br />5 OF A NEW' SECTION to read: <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />37-92-301.5.
