Declares that the acquisition and application of <br />salvaged water is a beneficial use of water when affirmed as <br />being from an original appropriation. <br /> <br />2 Be it enacted E1 the General Assembly of the ~ of Colorado: <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Article 82 of title 37, Colorado Revised <br /> <br />4 Statutes, as amended, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW <br /> <br />5 SECTION to read: <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />7 water.
