Those milestones are as follows: <br /> <br />3.3.2.2./ There are no shortages anticipared to the water supply for the depletion <br />identified in the baseline for the Animas-La Plara Project dllring the research <br />period. Upon completion oj. or during the research period, the water flow <br />requirements of the endangered fish species will be analyzed and t/le issue of <br />shortages, if any, will be addressed by the Coordination Committee Ilnder thi~ <br />Implementation Program. If the issue of shortages is not resolved under this <br />Implementa/ion Program, the issue will be considered as new information that <br />may reslllt in reinitiation of consultation alld will be resolved through the <br />section 7 process. <br /> <br />5.2.7. Identify, recommend, and implement flolVs designed to maximize alld maintain <br />sllitable habitats for all life stages of endangered and other native jish <br />species. <br /> <br />5.4.4 Characterize the response of non-native fish species 10 varying flow regimes <br />and recommend flows that millimize or elimilJ{l1e interactions with native fish <br />species. <br /> <br />In response, the Biology Committee has developed the attached draft preliminary <br />flow recommendations (Attachment I) along with some proposed operating rules <br />(Attachment 2) that relate operations of Navajo Dam to the draft preliminary flow <br />recommendations.
