<br />II <br /> <br />The Amity Mutual Irrigation Company <br />NUl <br /> <br />Superintendent's Report <br /> <br />To <br /> <br />The Amity Mutual Irrigation Company <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />TO THE DIRECTORS AND STOCKHOLDERS: <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />'~ <br /> <br />The following statements concerning the operation and <br />maintenance of The Amity Mutual Irrigation Company, its <br />canals and reservoir system, are submitted for your <br />consideration. <br />AMITY CANAL <br />The Amity Canal once again had a plentiful water supply, <br />with 15 runs delivered to the stockholders which amounted to <br />2.77 acre feet per share. The Amity was able to place a call on <br />the river Juiy 3, 1988 and with Amity's share of the river plus <br />John Martin storage and Great Plains storage, Amity finished <br />the season with a small amount of water for 1989. <br />The # 1 Wasteway near the Amity head gates was repaired <br />and new gates installed. This structure is now in good <br />condition. <br />Approximately 500 truck loads of rock was hauled for rip <br />rap on curves in the Lamar Division. Numerous small <br />headgates were repaired and 3 new headgates were installed. <br />General Canal maintenance was performed and all of your <br />equipment was used on the system. <br /> <br />I <br />,~ <br /> <br />I: <br /> <br />Page 15 <br />
