This detention capacity controls all small floods with <br /> <br />only those of 1904 and 1925 exceeding the uncontrolled outlet capac- <br /> <br />ity of 700 second-feet. For the latter flood the outflow would be <br />about 5,000 second-feet. <br /> <br />E <br />
