C. Hinderlider, state Engineer of <br /> <br />Colorado, and Mr. R. J. Tipton, who is specially employed by the <br /> <br />State as Engineering Consultant on the Son Luis V,,-lley YfOrk, called <br /> <br />for a conference with the committee, and on the srune evening the <br /> <br />Committee left for Alamosa for a field investigation in the valley. <br /> <br />Febru~J 14 vms spent in an examination of the territory <br /> <br />directly ,,-long the proposed d.rain, February 15, in a reconnaissance <br /> <br />of the ir rigated and drained area in the western pnrt of the valley <br /> <br />from thetown of Center south to Sonford.
