<br />This report, accomplished by the Upper South Platte Unit Steering
<br />Committee is presented in three parts - Summary, Main Report, and
<br />Appended Material.
<br />
<br />The material, as presented in this report, expresses the views and
<br />. concerns of not only the steering committee, but also those of special
<br />interest groups and/or individuals serving on the committee. Report
<br />material is as received from the steering committee chairman, and has
<br />not been edited or otherwise altered for the purpose of this printing.

<br />The Bureau of Reclamation, in printing this report for the committee,
<br />acknowledges and accepts this report as official information for the feasibility
<br />investigation of the Upper South Platte Unit, Mount Evans Division, Pick-
