AN PROD (I) = the quantity of the animal product
Where I 1-10 represents:
1) fed beef, 2) non-fed beef, 3) pork, 4) lamb
and mutton, 5) turkey, 6) eggs, 7) replacement
layer chickens, 8) broiler chickens, 9) milk,
10) fish
CWLW(J) = the conversion rate from carcass weight to live weight
Their conversion rates are:
1) beef, 1.68; 2) pork, 1.54; 3) mutton, 1.90;
4) broilers, 1.39; 5) turkeys, 1.25
USASUP = the constant price supply of the animal products
as derived from that model component.

The quantity of beef suppl ied is divided into fed beef (38 percent) and
non-fed beef (62 percent). The live weight animal production quantities
are used in the calculation of the demand for feed.
