"";""_'.;-" -. ,,' . ,'".~_:';;:u",'." <br /> <br />.-', -". -.>"";'~ -,'- ..'.~, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF COMMISSION <br /> <br />The application of this schedule shall be subject to the provisions hereinafter <br />set forth and appropriate adjustments shall be made for (a) any change in <br />location of gaging stations; (b) depletion after 1929 in New Mexico of the natu- <br />ral runoff at Otowi Bridge; and (c) any transmountain diversions into the <br />Rio Grande between Lobatos and Elephant Butte Reservoir," <br /> <br />Be it Further Resolved: <br /> <br />That the gaging stations at San Acacia and San Marcial be, and the same are <br />hereby abandoned for Compact purposes. <br /> <br />Be it Further Resolved: <br /> <br />That this Resolution has been passed unanimously and shall be effective Jan- <br />uary 1, 1949, if within 120 days from this date the Commissioner for each State <br />shall have received from the Attorney General of the State represented by him, <br />an opinion approving this Resolution, and shall have so advised the Chairman <br />of the Commission, otherwise, to be of no force and effect. <br /> <br />(Note: The following paragraph appears in the Minutes of the Annual Meeting <br />ofthe Commission held at Denver, Coiorado, February 14-16,1949. <br /> <br />''The Chairman announced that he had received, pursuant to the Resolution <br />adopted by the Commission at the Ninth Annual Meeting on February 24, <br />1948, opinions from the Attorneys General of Colorado, New Mexico and <br />Texas that the substitution of stations and measurements of deliveries by'New <br />Mexico set forth in said resolution was within the powers of the Commission"). <br /> <br /> <br />""";""""1 <br />~:;;~,~~.t(~:~~t~; <br />
