AMENDED COMPLAINT

PLAINTIFFS hereby amend their Complaint herein in
accordance with Rule 15(a), F.R.C.P., by adding the

following amendments:

NATURE OF THE COMPLAINT

1. This is a civil suit requesting declaratory and

injunctive relief, relief in the nature of mandamus and per-

sonal judgment. Relief is claimed under the National Environ-
mental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C., 4321, et. seq. ,the Administrative

Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. Sec. 701, et. seq., the Freedom of
Information Act, 5 U.S.C. Sec. 552, et. seq., the Federal
Water Project Recreation Act, 16 U.S.C. 460 1-12 et. seq.,
Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, 16 U.S.C. Section 661
