Walt Fite, Projects Manager of <br /> <br />Reclamation's Grand Junction Projects Office, announced today that all <br /> <br />interested GVIC stockholders are encouraged to attend the meetings to learn <br /> <br />about the private lateral improvement program. <br /> <br />The October 22 meeting will be held at the Grand Junction High School <br /> <br />Cafeteria and the October 23 meeting will be held at the Fruita Monument High <br /> <br />School Cafeteria. Both meetings will begin at 7 p.m. and are aimed at <br /> <br />providing affected water users within the GVIC service area with information <br /> <br />about proposed lateral improvement work. Improvements are being done as part <br /> <br />of Stage Two of the Grand Valley Unit, part of the Colorado River Basin <br /> <br />Salinity Control Project. <br /> <br />II II II <br />
