<br />The District has two major concerns with the information
<br />';o'l'pl it'd in the Report. These concerns can be summarized as:

<br />A. In Suhsection 2.2 "River Operation- beginning on page
<br />2-3 of the Report, the demand on the COlorado River for the
<br />l;cdnd Valley is stated to be 1650 c.f.s, during the SU~ner.
<br />The Di"trict does not agree that 1'650 c. f,s, will meet the
<br />tJelll"nd of the Grand Valley for reasons explained below.
