Reference, TSM and CORSIM hydraulic models, <br />Volume II Appendix 1, page C-8, 9 and 10, and <br />resulting incremental and cumulative flow changes <br />at Cameo and Palisade, pages C-42 and C-43; and <br />cumulative monthly flow depletions, Paragraph <br />3-285 on page 3-141 of Volume I and other related <br />hydraulic and salinity impact~ in the report: <br /> <br />We are unable to determine from the B.I.S, what <br />demand was assigned for the pre-project water <br />rights for the Grand Valley measured at Cameo <br />gage and what assumptions were made in the <br />hydraulic studies with respect to the privately <br />owned and operated "check" structure belonging to <br />Orchard Mesa Irrigation District. The check <br />structure is located in the tailrace below the <br />Grand Valley Power Plant and Orchard Mesa <br />Irrigation District pumping plant. By use of the <br />chuck structure and associated "By-Pass Channel", <br />non-consumptive flows from the power and pumping <br />plants can be diverted upstream and discharged <br />into the Colorado River above the Grand Valley <br />Irrigation Company diversion dam to satisfy the <br />
