<br />West Pueblo: The vast majority of the shares in this ditch 97+% are owned by the Pueblo Bd of Water Works and these water ri
<br />will now be generally taken at PBWW main diversion site. No Pueblo West water was diverted in 1996 however at
<br />Excelsior: After many years of non-use, this ditch was rehabilitated in 1996 and toke minor amounts of water for testing purpos
<br />It was however given some "credit" against well depletions for some "non-diversions" in 1996 though under the
<br />Groundwater Use Rules & Regulations for the Arkansas.
